St. Agnes Anglican International Church
A Welcoming Home for All People St. Agnes Church is the cathedral of the Diocese of Kyoto, Nippon Seikokai (Anglican Church in Japan) and also a parish church with an English language service (8:30am) and a Japanese language service (10:30am). The building was consecrated in 1898 and is one of the oldest churches in Kyoto. It has been designated by Kyoto City as an important cultural property. Rooted in Kyoto but open to the global community, we welcome people regardless of background and denomination. We hope you find our Anglican worship open, inclusive, and easy to approach. If your journey draws you to St. Agnes Church, you will be welcomed here. |
