St. Agnes Church is the cathedral of the Diocese of Kyoto, Nippon Seikokai (Anglican Church in Japan). The building was consecrated in 1898 and is one of the oldest churches in Kyoto. It has been designated by Kyoto City as an important cultural property.

The service is an ecumenical eucharist service, open to all. Readings from scriptures, a discussion sermon, together with meditative music, give the service a contemplative air. The service takes about an hour and is followed by a coffee/ fellowship time.
